While every effort is made to display products as clearly as possible we cannot be held responsible for the
limitations of various forms of monitors and display devices. If you have any questions about the specific colour of
any item please contact us in advance of making a purchase on this site so that we can give you as much advice and
information as possible.
Please be aware all brands reserve the right to change any components on their bikes
or products without any notice, including with respect to equipment, specifications, models, colours, material and
Our online store is linked directly to our stock system and therefore availability shown on our website should
indicate availability of the product. However it may sometimes happen that the information shown is inaccurate and
this may lead to the product you have chosen being unavailable. In this instance we will contact you as quickly as
possible and arrange for an immediate refund of your money via the payment method used at the point of purchase.
Gary Cycle’s regrets that no compensation can be paid in such instances. We’re all human!
At all times we will do our best to ensure that product information and technical specifications listed on our
website for the products we sell are correct and accurate.
However, it may sometimes happen that some of the information featured may be incomplete, inaccurate or may contain
typographical errors. Any errors are wholly unintentional (it’s the whole human thing again!) and we apologise if
erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price or item availability. If it comes to our attention that an
item is incorrectly priced on our website we reserve the right not to proceed with your order as we are not obliged
to sell any item at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at
any time without prior notice.
EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if
the delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect
your statutory rights.
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in
any other situation where you breach these conditions.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions are governed by the laws in the Republic of Ireland. At no time are your statutory rights affected.

non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Trek Bikes | Project One Bikes:
When ordering some of the higher end Trek bikes delivery time can vary, while these bikes are show as in stock, in
stock means that are available to order. Once the bike is ordered we will contact you within 3-5 working days and
confirm the delivery date.
We understand that some customers might have a change of mind towards the end of any transaction.

Bike To Work T&C’s
While we do offer bike to work here at Gary’s Cycles, we do expect payment by your employer within 30 days of an
invoice being provided to you.
It is up to you to get your invoice into your payment department in a timely manner.
Due to the current shortage of bikes, we are asking for deposits on all bikes so these are secured and put aside for
when your bike to work payment is processed. This deposit is then refunded when your employer payment comes across.
Please note: We do reserve the right to sell any bike even if it has a deposit when payment has exceeded
the 30 days or longer, your deposit will be provided back as shop credit.
If for whatever reason you decide to cancel a cycle to work scheme and this has been processed by your company and
we have received payment. We will refund your company the amount they have paid. If the bike is above the
€1,250 or €1,500 for e-bike the remaining amount that you paid will be refunded excluding any delivery charge
and also an administration charge of €65.00.
Bike Cancellation Policy:
If a bike has been put aside with a deposit and you decide to cancel this bike/order, please be aware there is a
re-stocking charge. This is 10% of the total cost of the bike and the remaining balance if any will be provided back
as store credit.
Please note: deposit required to hold any bike is 20% of the total cost of the bike.
This does not
include Trek Project One Bikes.
Bike Cancellation Policy - Trek Project One
Trek allow customers to design their dream bike via their Project One system.
These bikes are custom designed
and can take anywhere from 80 to 365 days from the date of placing an order.
Once a Project One bike is ordered
you cannot cancel this bike. Therefore, a €2,500 euro deposit is required when ordering one of these bike.
Our team will provide you with an ETA time for the order and the suggested delivery date.
Please note this
ETA time is provided by Trek and is out of our control.
If you decide that you no longer want this bike or
cancel the order you will lose your full deposit, as there is no way of canceling this bike.
Bike to Work Policy on missing products.
While we try the best we can on all orders to make sure every item is available on a bike to work ordered, there
might be the odd occasion where an item is out of stock. If this situation arises our policy is the following.
- Try to source an alternative product.
- Provide a voucher in the shop for the remaining amount.
- Keep you on a waiting list for when the product is re-stocked
- Please note: it's the responsibility of the customer to make sure they have received their order in full.
Official till receipt with notes clearing indicating missing product or email needs to be provided.
We will not accept invoices as proof.
- All invoices must be completed within 90days.
Please note: any bikes that are on sale are straight deal prices.
Depending on the bike and model we can
accept trade-in's, but the price will revert back to the original retail price.
Additional Promotion Code:
From time to time we will have additional promotion codes running on our website.
Please note: these codes cannot be redeemed in relation to the cycle to work scheme and are only to be used on direct purchases on the website.
Please note: Some offers we also have running will be excluded from this additional promotion code. Therefore, if a the bike is already on sale these promotion codes will not work against a sale bike.
